Refunds - All sales are final

All our products are handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handmade items, we do not offer refunds. Please ensure you review product descriptions, sizing, and images carefully before placing your order.

Returns 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you've received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are not damaged or used. If you need to exchange it for a different size, send us an email at monkeymoneyshop@gmail.com and send your item to:

Shipping - Return orders
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, along with a 15% restock fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping - New orders

All of our products are handmade to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Shipping times may vary depending on order volume and product availability. We appreciate your patience and support for our handcrafted pieces!
